This Gospel-centered program trains men and women in a theology of work, job readiness, soft skills, conflict resolution, counseling, and prepares them for the workforce, as well as counseling and help with many other areas of life:

You’ll be paired with a trained volunteer who will have an initial meeting with you to get to know you and hear about your story and needs.
From there, our Compassion team can work through your application and determine the next steps to best assist you with your needs.
