  • Studies show that newcomers decide within the first few minutes of arriving whether they will return to a church—long before they sing a song or hear a sermon.

  • Our hospitality ministry is vital for our gatherings. Thank you for serving!

Watch one video for your Hospitality Ministry role:

  • The welcome center greeter is the leader for the hospitality team for the day.

  • Sundays: Arrive by 8:30 am, to set up. Lead team huddle at 9:00 am. Remain at station until 12:10 pm.

  • Wednesdays: Arrive by 6:00 pm, to set up. Lead team huddle at 6:00 pm. Remain at station until 8:00 pm.

  • Sundays: Arrive by 9:00 am, and participate in huddle at 9:00 am. Be in position at the front doors of the campus by 9:05 am, and remain at station until 12:10 pm (about 10 minutes after the service finishes).

  • Wednesdays: Arrive by 6:00 pm, and participate in huddle at 6:00 pm. Remain at station until 8:00 pm.

  • Sundays: It is not necessary to attend the huddle.

  • Be in position at the front doors of the worship center foyer by 10:10 am, and remain at station until 10 minutes after the service finishes.

  • Sundays: Arrive by 9:00 am, and participate in huddle at 9:00 am.

  • Be in position by 9:05 am, and remain at station until 9:35 am, then slip into your equipping course.

  • Return to position by 10:05 am, and remain until 10:35 am, then slip into the service.

  • Sundays: Arrive by 9:00 am, and participate in huddle at 9:00 am.

  • Be in position by 9:05 am, and remain at station until 9:35 am, then slip into your equipping course.

  • Return to position by 10:10 am, clean coffee corner, then slip into the service.

  • Sundays: Arrive by 9:00 am, and participate in huddle at 9:00 am. Remain until about 12:00, or until most of the crowd has departed.

  • Wednesdays: Arrive by 6:00 pm, and participate in huddle at 6:00 pm. Remain at station until 8:00 pm, or until most of the crowd has departed.
